SEO services, explained without the fog

Every service below lists what's actually delivered, how long it takes and what it costs. If a section doesn't apply to your business, I'll say so on the first call instead of selling it to you.

Service 01

Technical SEO

If Google can't crawl, render and index your site efficiently, every rupee spent on content and links is wasted. This is always where I start.

What's included

  • 120-point crawl with Screaming Frog + Sitebulb
  • Server log-file analysis — where Googlebot actually spends its budget
  • Indexation audit: index bloat, orphan pages, soft 404s, parameter chaos
  • Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP and CLS fixed at code level, not with a plugin
  • JavaScript rendering audit for React / Vue / Next.js sites
  • Site architecture & internal linking redesign
  • Canonicals, hreflang, pagination, robots.txt and XML sitemaps
  • Schema markup — 25+ types implemented and validated
  • HTTPS, redirect chains, 404 mapping and migration protection

How it runs

  • Week 1: full crawl + audit document delivered
  • Week 2: dev-ready tickets with acceptance criteria
  • Week 3–5: implementation with your dev team (or mine)
  • Week 6: re-crawl, validation and before/after report

Typical first results: 2–6 weeks. Indexation and crawl-efficiency wins usually show first.

25,000 – ₹60,000 one-off

Service 02

On-Page SEO & Content

Content built around search intent and entities — written so humans want to read it and machines can quote it.

What's included

  • Keyword universe built by intent: informational, commercial, transactional, comparison
  • Topical map and entity map for the whole domain
  • Title tags, meta descriptions and heading hierarchy
  • Content briefs with word count, entities, questions and internal links
  • SEO copywriting by writers who know your sector
  • Content pruning, refreshes and cannibalisation fixes
  • E-E-A-T layer: author boxes, credentials, sources, review dates
  • Image optimisation, descriptive alt text and next-gen formats

Why most content fails in India

Three reasons I see on nearly every audit:

  • Written for a keyword, not a question. The page ranks briefly, then loses to a page that actually answers.
  • No author, no sources. In YMYL sectors this alone caps how far you can rise.
  • Bulk AI output. Fast to publish, first to be pruned by a core update.

Volume: 2–12 pieces a month depending on package.

Service 03

Link Building & Digital PR

Authority is earned. Every link is manually vetted for real traffic, real editorial standards and topical relevance.

Digital PR

Original data studies, surveys and industry reports that journalists want to cover — the only link type that compounds.

Editorial guest posts

On sites with genuine organic traffic and an audience. Never on link-farm networks or "1000 backlinks" packages.

HARO & expert quotes

Your founder positioned as a source for journalists — links plus the E-E-A-T signal of being quoted by name.

Unlinked mention reclamation

Your brand is already mentioned in places that never linked. Cheapest links you'll ever earn.

Broken-link building

Find dead resources your competitors linked to, publish the replacement, take the link.

Toxic backlink cleanup

Audit and disavow the spam a previous agency left behind — a common first job on recovery projects.

Every link is reported with referring domain rating, estimated traffic, anchor text and the reason it was pursued. No hidden sources, ever.

Service 04

Local SEO

The fastest ROI in Indian SEO. A properly run Google Business Profile often produces more calls inside 30–60 days.

What's included

  • Google Business Profile: categories, services, attributes, products, Q&A
  • Weekly GBP posts and photo uploads
  • NAP consistency across 60+ Indian directories (JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART, Yelp, Apple Maps)
  • Locality landing pages that aren't doorway pages
  • Review generation via WhatsApp/SMS + reply management
  • Local link building: chambers, associations, sponsorships
  • Map-pack rank tracking by grid, not just by city
  • Multi-location and franchise structures

Who it's for

Clinics, dental and diagnostics, salons and spas, restaurants, gyms, real-estate offices, coaching centres, law and CA firms, home services, showrooms and dealerships.

Typical result: map pack top-3 in 3–5 months, with call volume up 100–250%.

Service 05

E-commerce SEO

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom stores — measured in organic revenue, never in sessions.

Category architecture

Collection and sub-collection structure that matches how people actually search, with faceted navigation kept out of the index.

Product page optimisation

Unique descriptions at scale, Product + Offer + Review schema, variant deduplication, stock-status handling.

Shopping & free listings

Merchant Center feed hygiene, GTIN/attribute completeness and free-listing visibility.

Crawl budget at scale

Log-file driven control for stores with 10,000+ URLs, so Googlebot spends its time on pages that sell.

Content that ranks and sells

Buying guides, comparison pages and size/spec content that captures research-stage demand.

Seasonal planning

Festive and sale-season pages built and indexed months ahead — not launched the week of the sale.

AEO — Answer Engine Optimization

What is AEO?

Answer Engine Optimization is the practice of structuring content so a search engine can lift it directly as the answer — in featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, voice assistants and AI Overviews. Where classic SEO competes for a click, AEO competes to be the answer itself.

  • Answer-first writing: the direct answer in the first 40–60 words, then the detail.
  • Schema: FAQPage, QAPage, HowTo, Speakable and Definition markup.
  • Snippet formats: paragraph, list and table snippets targeted deliberately.
  • PAA mining: every related question mapped and answered on-page.
  • Voice queries: conversational, long-form phrasing that matches how people speak.

GEO — Generative Engine Optimization

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of getting a brand selected as a source inside generative search results — primarily Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Being ranked #1 does not guarantee being cited; AI Overviews frequently pull from pages ranked well outside the top three.

  • Citable assets: original statistics, survey data and named expert quotes.
  • Passage-level optimisation: self-contained chunks that make sense out of context.
  • Freshness signals: genuine update cycles, visible review dates.
  • Source authority: being referenced by the sites the generative layer already trusts.
  • Measurement: query-by-query AI Overview presence tracked month over month.

LLMO — Large Language Model Optimization

What is LLMO?

LLM Optimization is the work of making a brand the one that ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Copilot and Perplexity name when someone asks for a recommendation. Unlike Google, these systems don't rank — they synthesise. What matters is how consistently your brand appears, in a consistent form, across the sources those models read.

  • Entity consistency: identical name, address, description and founder details everywhere online.
  • Crawlable delivery: server-rendered HTML, sane robots rules for GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and ClaudeBot.
  • llms.txt: a machine-readable map of your best content.
  • Third-party footprint: mentions on directories, comparison sites, Reddit, Quora and industry media that LLMs consult.
  • Knowledge graph: Wikidata entries and structured sameAs signals.
  • Reporting: a fixed prompt set run monthly across all five engines, tracking whether you're named, cited, or absent.
The five engines tracked in every LLMO report, and what moves the needle on each.

Service 10

International & Multilingual SEO

Expand from India to the US, UK, UAE, Canada or Australia without your own pages competing against each other.

Domain strategy

ccTLD vs subfolder vs subdomain, decided on your resources and link equity — not on a blog post's opinion.

Hreflang architecture

Implemented and validated, including the return-tag errors that silently break most setups.

Localised research

Real keyword research per market. "Flat" in the UK is "apartment" in the US — translation alone loses rankings.

Service 11

Penalty & Core Update Recovery

Traffic fell off a cliff and nobody can tell you why. Diagnosis first — recovery plans built on guesses make things worse.

The diagnostic

  • Exact date correlation against confirmed Google updates
  • Segment-level analysis — which page types lost, which held
  • Manual action and security check in Search Console
  • Content quality review against helpful-content signals
  • Backlink profile audit for unnatural patterns
  • Technical regression check (did a deploy break something?)

Honest expectations

Core-update recovery usually needs one to two further update cycles — realistically 3–8 months of consistent work. Anyone offering a two-week fix is selling you something else.

In the education case study on the homepage, a 71% drop was fully recovered across two update cycles after pruning 1,900 thin pages and rebuilding author credibility.

Service 12

Analytics, CRO & Reporting

Traffic that doesn't convert is a cost centre. Measurement and conversion work is part of the retainer, not an add-on.

GA4 setup

Events, conversions, channel grouping and cross-domain tracking done properly.

Looker Studio

One live dashboard your whole team can open any day of the month.

Call tracking

Dynamic numbers so organic calls are attributed, not guessed.

CRO tests

Landing-page experiments on the pages already getting traffic.

Not sure which of these you need?

Send your website. The free 48-hour audit tells you which three of these twelve services would move your numbers first — and which you can safely ignore.
